Oral and Poster upload > Submission/upload procedure

During the meeting you will have the opportunity to give a speech to present your lab and your dry etching machines.

You can also submit one oral presentation (20minutes max) about highlights on dry etching process.

You are also encouraged to present, on a poster or two posters, in details the different machines you have got for dry etching in your cleanroom. The posters will be set up during the welcome and will be available for discussion all along the workshop.

• For newcomers to Euronanolab you have ten minutes to present your lab and your dry etching equipments. It would be nice to also show on posters the full details of your activities
  
• For the others you will have all the details on posters like everyone and only two slides to give useful informations (names, lab, geography, main activities, etc).

PDF format for the file is more convenient to be able to switch easily between speakers.

PROCEDURE:

1. click on the link for submission here.
2. you will have to fill some field like title or authors.
3. at the end you can upload a file. We would like PDF file format to be able to put all the presentations on one computer before the sessions.
4. if you are not ready it can be done later.
5. the submission is automatically accepted we do not apply a reviewing procedure because it is not an international conference.
6. You can repeat the procedure for the short presentation of your lab (during the session of thursday morning) and/or a longer presentation about some highlights or issues on dry etching processes) or another subect concerning the different sessions.
7. For poster, we ask you to repeat the procedure of submission to be able to know how many posters will be presented. Each lab or group of labs should have at least one poster.
8. we will try to concatenate the presentations.
9. You have to come with your posters (as usual)
